With over 30 years’ experience in multiple disciplines of martial arts, I am offering personalised lessons in a range of systems that would benefit you:

  • Sport Combat – Boxing, Kick Boxing, Ju Jutsu (no competition available)
  • Classical/Traditional and Contemporary Martial Arts – Ju Jutsu, Karate, Kung Fu (Chuan Fa)
  • Internal – Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga/Meditation
  • Self Defence – Situational Awareness and Personal Safety (SAPS).

Where & When Can I Do Personal Training Sessions With You?

I deliver martial arts training for select clients from my home gym studio (Northern Gold Coast/Logan area).

Sessions are typically early morning or early evenings on weekdays.
