The Weight Training Education Program is a complete 11-module education course for beginning weight training!

This unique introductory program invites the beginner, returner to gym, or intermediate training enthusiast to:

  • Learn how to use weights safely and productively for your own personal use at your home gym or before you hit the big commercial gyms.
  • Understand basic nutrition to your body type
  • Understand basic anatomy and physiology
  • Understand how to recover properly from exercise
  • Understand mind set, motivation and how the subconscious and conscious mind works in relation to your goal setting and outcomes and why you can and sometimes can’t achieve them
  • Learn the Principles of fitness and performance
  • Learn about balance, agility, flexibility, and strength

You will learn how to use equipment generally found in the gym:

  • Barbell, dumbbells, kettle bells, cable machines, slam/med balls and elastics as well as other apparatus.

NOTE: Includes safety induction, and an interactive risk management plan. Learn how to identify hazards.
