A Quick Word on Fear
Do you have a fear of getting going? Some past or present fear is preventing you from going forward. Some past ‘file’ in your brain is saying ‘this is dangerous!’ or ‘I got hurt last time’.
Some anxiety is rising within you telling you something bad will happen.
What would happen if it did? What is the worst scenario? Is it real? Why can’t I get going? is my Why or Purpose not strong enough or understood?
Identify the fear(s). Seek guidance or help if you need to from a professional.
Procrastination is the opposite of motivation.
Ask yourself:
- Know your ‘why’! Take small steps so you don’t get overwhelmed but take action. Make a strategy or plan.
- Believe in your self enough to begin, with small steps toward your outcome. Make sure it is aligned with your values and your own truth. The fear will dissipate.
- You will feel liberated even after a small goal is reached – because it’s your truth. You’ll be vulnerable – but with balls!
How does facing my fear help you to fulfil your vision?
Do you have skills, knowledge and talents? Of course, you do. But don’t listen to others who might judge (or sometimes your own analytical mind) – listen to your own heart. Your choices will be true if they come from your energetic heart and the stillness and pureness of your sub-conscious. Not the mindless negative chitter chatter of the conscious, ordinary ego, monkey mind, not that part.
Train yourself to communicate with the higher self.
If in the past you have said to yourself – ‘I just can’t do that!!”
Well; What would happen if you could??
